General Information

  • Service Area: We currently only ship within Romania.
  • Shipping Providers: Our deliveries are handled by Sameday and Cargus.
  • Delivery Options:
    • Delivery to Address: Your order will be delivered directly to your specified address.
    • Delivery to Locker: You can choose to have your order delivered to a convenient Easybox locker location.

Production Time

Please note that each print is custom-made to order. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, the fulfillment of your order can take up to 7 working days. This production time is in addition to the shipping time.

Shipping Time and Rates

  • Time of delivery to Address: 1-3 business days after production.
  • Time of delivery to Easybox: 1-3 business days after production.
  • Shipping rates of delivery to Address: 30Ron
  • Shipping rates of delivery to Easybox: 10Ron

Orders over 200Ron benefit of Free Shipping.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Production Start: Production of your order items will begin after your order is confirmed.
  • Completion Notification: You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipping.
  • Shipping Notification: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
